I am a real estate agent specializing in homes in the styles of the Arts & Crafts movement: bungalows, brown shingles and prairie styles. While I will work with my clients on any real estate project they may have, my passion is representing buyers and sellers of Arts & Crafts and period homes.

At this site I hope to provide you with resources to help you learn more about the current East Bay real estate market, as well as the architecture and the movement that so influenced life in the East Bay in the early part of the 20th century.

Under the last section you'll find tips about ways we all can use fewer natural resources, and links to information about efficiently using our resources, and better ways to reuse, recycle and restore. I will continually add my favorite new Green technologies or products, and am always happy to take a look at ways you might be able to reduce the carbon footprint of your home.
